DE RAÍZ

De Raíz started out as a thesis of an MBA student. The Project consisted of a restaurant that would only use plant based ingredients, in a causal atmosphere where the company focused on the use of local ingredients as well as supporting local entrepreneurs. The name De Raíz (from the Roots) symbolizes the origin of life in the vegetable world.

OUR PHILOSOFY

We only use the best plant based ingredients, to create delicious and nutritious plates. Our philosophy is to live in harmony with the planet, the animals, our own body and always using our natural resources in a sustainable way. We make it through a plant based way of living.

We are committed to the use and support of local companies that share our values. Our deliveries, are prepared using compostable packages, and we transport your food using bikes. We want to share our life style with as many people as possible.
